When Love Turns Silent

Kristina devoted herself to caring for her boyfriend, Saul, who had been left deaf and mute after a tragic car accident. She had initially left home after a heated argument with her family to be by his side. For three years, she pretended to be deaf and mute herself, working tirelessly at multiple jobs to pay for his treatment. When Saul finally recovered, he grew resentful of the life he had led during his disability. Embarrassed by having a "deaf and mute" girlfriend, he shifted his attention to Ruby, who had ulterior motives, leaving Kristina feeling neglected and hurt. Realizing her efforts had been in vain, she decided to end the relationship. Following her family’s advice, she moved abroad, where she eventually found happiness with Nigel.
